Faction with NPCish reputation

whenever someone kills one of your faction members, he goes automatically into red name color for your whole faction, if faction guy kills someone of your fella few times, hes whole faction is tagged as red... (oh and you can type other faction's name to green it or put neutral or enemy, it automatically changes all their chars colors). NUFF SAID.

how so? player factions dont add NPC factions to red, i dont remember if NCR Army is VC's enemy, but they would have your nick red, but still cant shoot you in towns, its just like "auto-red" on enemies

I`ve been shoot by TTTLA, c88, rogues, and almost every other faction, some other VC citiesens were shoted by faction I`m usually helping. Almost every doctor encounters various enemies like PK gangs in wasteland or accident shoots by someone scared enough.

It`s worse than just colorizing.
