Sneaker SG burster build - opinions needed

With skilled you can ignore level 3 perks and take level 6 perk as your first one.
I think awareness doesn't matter that much if you plan to burst people from 1 hex.

But then again, putting majority of your level 1-5 skill points into sneak, and then taking Thief at level 5 will provide you a mediocore boost to sneak, and enabling you to get more important perks at latter levels (Bonus Rate of Fire, Weapon Handling etc), and still having maximum / almost maximum sneak at level 21 without skilled.

What about something like this? Thanks to BROF I have 2x bursts one by one.

And I have a question - how easily can you get Nuka-Cola and Ciagrettes? Will it be a problem to keep yourself on drugs? :)

you can buy cigs and nukas in bar of junktown, you can buy buff in san fran, vc or new reno, and you can farm the jet in "Rave Party" near klamath

awareness is the best perks for sneaker, the sneaker is a tactical assasin, he need information
