"Not enough caps to allow the withdrawal"

How am I supposed to get my caps back?
The bank in the hub got like 200 caps in his pockets, and I have over 8000 caps in bank. What am I supposed to do? I need those caps...

Lacan:
hope  that someone else puts money in the bank and try again sometime. Banks are still flawed, some players have accounts with millions on them from interest rate era and withdraw money that's been put in by new players on a regular basis.
