You'd need higher xp/ lower cooldown. The modoc hides quest is 900 xp and you can do it about twice a day realtime.

i know man, but admit it it would be really silly situation if bars alcohol license expire in 1 day lets say :D

What's the point of running for slaves all day when you can get one for free everyday straight from Metzger?

It means that we need more quests in general not few that are repeatable.

3 More quest would be done just in more time, simple..
