You guys have history apparently, I didn't know what you two were talking about. That isn't an entirely clear message either.

Wait, there are new things in the base, have you seen The Heavy/BOS Armorer/YourMom/Pwned you/Epic Slay lately?

And also, has Vault Boy been allowed back into the faction (The Frustrated Artists)

The only names that ring bells are The Heavy, BOS Armorer, YourMom and Pwned you. I have seen BOS Armorer probably the most recent of them all, but it was still a while ago, practically 2 weeks ago.

Though there was a bug that made some bases visible to other characters. It happened to me last era. Maybe it has to do with the names that were added.

There is also another way.

Someone already member of a faction can tag someone buying a base, he will then see the base, but will not be member or friend, never being registered anywhere in the terminal, a ghost in the system.
