My first base

I have aquired the 130K caps needed for a base. I got me and my 2 friends close enough and start convo and eventually get to typing the name of the faction and he won't accept any of them. I check the wiki and it said that i needed to pick a name from the list and there was no list to find. I used the search button but nothing came up. I assume this worked because of the latest "not update" saying that I could use numbers on the name to make your factions. My question is what is the name list?

I assume this means i can have my own with a number behind it
