Yeah, but hey, listen, if the bonus would be one time only...

Well, anyway, considering tent is somehow your first big step in wasteland, it's not a bad idea to emphasis this as an achievement with XP.

Just make it a starting quest to facilitate the one time xp gain.

If its about first tent make its difrent way of look. I think its good one time boost for newbies

this can be easly implemented with a perk(like the slaver perk)

perk: camper
req: make a tent
descr: you had made your first tent, a huge realization in the wasteland, congrads!!!
ef: you gain 1000 xp
ranks: 1

so if you make a new tent you wil not gain this perk again
also, when creating a tent add a condition
