no and devs have said they never will. HQ mats are supposed to be hard to get according to devs.

yes aslong as you are useing a weapon that works with silent death it will crit no matter what, as long as you are behind them that is.
+10 to bonus roll means that in the crit tables you get more chance to do more damage or more effects such as blinding,knock down,knock out etc.

Some technical difficulties on the server machine and no dev with remote access around to fix it.
Definitely not wipe, not update and I'm almost sure not a hack or anything like that.

you can't sneak in tb.

You can enter tb sneaked, you just can't enter sneak once tb has started. As long as you are sneaking beforehand and stand behind the guy sd will work.
