When someone is idolized and he kill random player (for example with rep +150) in this city, will the killer loss some reputation? If yes, how much?

it said in one of the updates idle feature was removed..... for this time one reason. people abuze it.
maybe devs should troll the trolls by putting a cap on rep 1 point before idol.

Last time i got killed trading with gunrunners  by bluesuit with minigun. Guards did not attack him and my rep was +230

I saw that rzyd a.k.a res from chosen soldiers is abusing it and killing people in gunrunners without getting shot by guards. This was the issue in NCR previous session and devs said that they will change it after wipe but they didn't. So good luck trading there with valuable stuff
