In TB mode, when calculating if I'm running or not, do bonus move action points count as 'real' action points? I'm thinking they do, but maybe someone knows for sure?

Also, I would LOVE to know what fast metabolism does apart from halving drug durations. As there seems to be no bonus to healing rate :-E

in game press enter and type:
~ffn

then F2 to save log and you have a list

Take heavy handed and you will own every build there is.  (Except other hth builds depending on who hits who first)

Also, AC has a 90 cap right now afaik.

I've thought about that, but taking heavy handed will ruin my criticals.

Does this perk mean that every hit you land will be unaffected when it rolls for your crit?

What exactly is an armor's power modifier?

how can i make stimpaks, i mean, im alreeady at doctor 2 and have the components, still, it doesnt appear in the workbench list D: (superstim in the other hand appears)

Does Heavy Handed critical modifier affects only melee or  melee, big, energy, throwing and small guns?

Do you still need 3 CH to talk to general NPC's? Do you need 3 CH to talk to trainers ex: (gunsmithing, Armoring etc...)

yes need 3 ch to trade and talk with most npcs. some trainers are ch 1 and some are ch 3 just need to find the right one.
