If they are not members, slay on faction ground and they wont be able to back. Just make them in terminal as enemy and set mercs/slaves to kill them

you and the other members all make slaver alt's add them to base and go get some rope and start slaveing. get some slaves equip them with rl's have like 20 of them at base and when one of you enimies enter they will die.

I'm not talkin' about male-females, obiviously, but about the 13 on the back, the bald and the long haired dude (Ian style).
I wanted to know if there is a way to choose appareance, if it can be changed while playing (after character creation), if their are SPECIAL-dependant or so.

Just go to the barber (there is one at downtown of Klamath, don't remember the others). Cost something like 50 caps.

where can i find meatjerky?

First you need a knife and use it on a butchering table (it can be found in Ghost Farm's underground for example) then you take the meat to Modoc, first building on the right from main entrance. Talk to the NPC and he will give you jerky for your meat.
