posting twice the same question? it will be visible and the lock depends on the car you have (not sure how it really works) if the car is more expensive it should be harder to unlock it.

Does fast shot affects thrown granades..?What is the right amount of str for a thrower to get maximum range..?

No, fast shot does not affect grenades because you cannot aim grenades.
Range is 3*ST, so you would need 5 ST to throw at full range, except throwing knives which have 16 range. Also, note that the Heave Ho! perks can increase the max range now.
