I have a some questions:
if you improve a combat skill to insanely numbers, there is a higher posibility to hit a bullet in burst mode?
if this is true: what is the formula to determine the chance to hit for every bullet in a burst, depending of distance, skill, number of bullets, PER etc,etc?
if this is not true: what is the limit of useful skill points?
is this information public? or its like the critical tables?
i never used Finesse in any build so i wander:
the penalization of 30% DR is given even when a critical hit is scored?
the limit of critical chance stills in 85%? (i dont trust in wiki)
about critical chance:
wiki say that chance to critical hit in eyeshot is +60% plus xLK=x%. But in FCP if you set luck to 6 you have 56%, with 7LK=59%, 8LK=63%, 9LK=66%, 10LK=70%
what is right?

Same as single shot for each bullet, with a crit roll applied to the whole burst.

Yes, except in case of bypass.

(60% + 4*Luck)/100*Aim bonus+crit chance

If you mean critical chance to the eyes without finesse then actually yes. You can't have more than 85%.

Where can i trade items and stuff for caps? Since most traders have no caps at all... ?

Every some hours (i think 8 ) vendors respawn their stock, caps included. OR you might try to some not too used vendor, like in the Church of Necropolis.
