EDIT: ANother question what do i do if i get into a encounter and i dont want to fight the enemies can i just click on my car and leave?

Of course you can, but you have to do it quickly, since if you are TB and turns start you have to wait until all hostile mobs in the encounter are dead. Otherwise if you are in RT you must be as fast as possible.

ok thanks if i am in RT i should be fine i if i want to run for it if the fight goes badly?

If mobs shoot you before you can flee with the car, Combat Timer spots and you have to wait 7 seconds (until it expires) to go away. If you die don't worry, mobs will ignore your car but they can pick up key from inventory, so you might have to kill them.
Raven Crow:
I have a question.
I am about to pass lvl9 but i have one perk available already.
The thing is that I need to wait for perk lvl9 and not waste one at lvl6.
Can I choose two perk at lvl9 or am I going to loose one?
