Define 'trustable' I have had a small amount of caps in the bank most of the season that I move around or take some out of just to see if it works, we're talking less than 20k caps. It's possible if people tried dumping millions in, and waited a bit for the less than 1% interest to raise it the banks would fail again. Most people go with the 'don't trust them' plan which I think is the best way to go.
