If you had already started the quest/completed it at least once before that update was done, then the level 12 thing didn't apply. Wiki isn't wrong, per se.

I found a follower today, and in a panick i pumped the rest of my skills i had saved up into speech ( it was just my crafter)
should have done the math first. with 3 cha, 52 speech i needed 22 more party points
So the question is this.
If you have say 10 less Party points than you need to get a traveler
and you drink a beer bringing your PP up the 10 points, can i bring the traveler back to my tent ( sounds kinky i know) and use the traveler only if i have beer? or will she just vanish when the beer wears off?

k, so just to clarify, if i use her, and my beer wears off is she gonna stop following me?
do i need to stay drunk to actually use the traveler?
