I guess the chance to have a random encounter is vanishingly small, even if i search every 2000 pixels of worldmap, so grinding that spot near Hub would give me 1/4 chance to grind the...whatever. ::)
Also, the bounty of 100 bucks on truck is still up to date.

Ok so I got my 2 followers and my caps, the other 2 guys are grouped to me. I can see single arrows above their heads, and they tell me I have a double arrow. We all 3 are standing 1 hex away from the trapper in the junktown bar, and I cannont buy a base. I only have the two options to leave after the long dialog option about a special place. Any ideas?
