Cannot lvl up?

So since the last "update", posted in temporary changes, there's a shortage of encounters to gain exp on. I can wander on the map for 5 minutes with 20% outdoorsman and can't stumbe upon anything to kill. Does anyone else experienced such problems?

Indeed, I have experienced the same sort of issues. It almost seems there is a hidden cooldown for encounters linked to IP adress ;-)

Anyway... probably it's just 'real life' bad luck, as is a popular response in these cases...

as I remember they removed all cooldowns, or most of them...  I guess bad luck... but I rly love the WM speed now... I wish its stay like this becouse WM speed is only bad thing about this game.
