What's wrong with mumble? Considering most people use this from my experience im surprise you refer only to teamspeak.

My team is currently getting ready for TC...you will be pm'd just in case..we really need an experienced guy,that would be our first time challenging such competitive environment.

For me teamspeak is every voice communicator ;) I dont care if it would be the real teamspeak, mumble or even ventrilo.

You could try every faction out there and then pick the best.
