Crippler build

Hi, I am planning this crippler build:

ST 1
PE 9
EN 4
CH 1
IN 7
AG 9
LK 10

Small Frame, Finesse(do i have to?)/ Good Natured

Tagged skills:SG, FA, DOC

Perks: Awareness, MC, BC, Lifegiver, BRoF, Weapon Handling, MC

Drugs: nuka, jet, cigarette
Any suggestions?

Buffout -1 agility, thus he with that extra drug he will still have 9 Agility waste of special point.

Also, he has weapon handling perk.  Not saying he prolly wont use buffout in the beginning so he can exp...

With IN6, what would be better PE10 or AG10?

good build, you don't need that high small guns skill if you intend to cripple arms or legs. Personally I would go for finesse because you don't do high damage to these parts of a body without it, so it's basically a great boost to your critical chance.

EDIT: maybe you could drop small frame (IN 6) and be able to carry a metal armor.
