Guards react faster!

Yeah... I'm so sorry for bursting at least over 20 people to death and running away.  It's called guerrilla warfare man. Death to ncr!.  But there is one p90 gaurd who still runs and might get you before your combat timer runs out.

Fix for this is standing near guard.

I must disagree with posts recommending to leave NCR or do not enter it. NCR is guarded town and its very dumb that players can use exploit to troll other players in guarded town with no punishment. I got lots of experince with such problems form other MMORPG games, and those problems had to be solved very quickly.  It will divide the community into two groups - Whinning victims and the abusers. The second group will grow fast and devs or GMs will have to fix it. NCR is dangerous place cause of many thieves and suicidal trolling and i think its enough. Players in guarded towns must have some chance to avoid trolling with being cautios, not being snipered on full range from some hidden bastard who will run away afterwards.

NCR is dangerous place like u said and its main town of trolling. One of thing what u can do in that game its trolling. There is no much option what to do more
