I've tried to settle this in-game to no avail, so I'm posting on his behalf.
A GM named Gorlak banned Mengele for having an inappropriate nickname. Now I've looked into it and turns out there was a Nazi doctor by the name of Mengele.

Now just because there was a member of the Nazi party with the same last name does NOT make it inappropriate or wrong in any way.
At first glance it's merely a name, it was a common name too. I could understand why it would be offensive if his nickname was TKs-Josef Mengele, but that's simply not the case. If you find the name offensive than you should really get over yourself, because there are MANY people with this name.
Seriously, when I looked at the name before I started this topic I just saw a name that nobody would give a second glance to. There are nicknames that are FAR more worse than this one, I've actually seen someone walking around NCR with a big 'FUCK YOU' floating over their heads.
To put it bluntly he was NOT waving a giant swastika over his head, the name Mengele is an entirely appropriate name and players should not be punished for using it in their nicknames.
I'd simply like TKs-Mengele to be unbanned so we can continue playing together. No hard feelings, no grudges.
