Ok so the first time I saw Vault 13 I just had to go explore it. Naturally it's empty except for the dead body, but the dead body is searchable. So I searched it and lo & behold I found items. It wasn't a lot and I don't remember exactly what was in there.  I've gone in there a few other times but haven't seen any items since.  So my question is... was the first time a fluke? Like maybe someone was hiding items there for a fried? Or is that a feature thats been removed (or someone else has just been getting to it before me)

Either a charitable player or GM has planted some goodies there to reward potential curiosity,
or You just unintentionally robbed someone's not-so-secret stash before he was able to grab
it back. Simple as that.

I remember VSB hidden some stuff for curious newbs at the V8 in necropolis at the begining of this era. They might still be there. xD

It wasn't much. Like a 10mm SMG with a bit of JHP ammo. Idk this was a couple of months ago.  Not sure if it was a trap or not.  I was rather new at the time and low level so I was just sort of wandering around and got killed when I started heading out.
