perk suggestions

There are some perks in game that could be revised imho.
Let's find a way to make them more usefull.
I suggest theese changes for perks:
Earlier Sequence: +3 sequence;
Faster Healing: +2 bonus to your Healing Rate and reduction of cooldown (up to twice);
Healer: +30% of normal hit points when using the First Aid skill
Educated: +3 skill points when gain a new experience level
Heave Ho!: +2 to ST for purposes of determining range and +1 ST for handling strength check (with thrown weapons only)
Dodger: +10 to Armor Class;
Adrenaline Rush: +1 action point when you drop below 1/2 of your Maximum Hit Points;
Swift Learner: additional +15% bonus whenever you earn experience points;
and the last one is to reduce IN requirement for sharpshooter to 4.

dodger would finally make a worthwhile difference imo, I was just talking about better AC boosts in another thread.

Why reduction of first aid? It would make more sense to doble your current Healing Rate (for me)

I meant cooldown reduction. My bad english, sorry.

I understood cooldown reduction, but still i dont see why. After all is about your body reacting faster to injuries, so your skills shouldnt be affected.
The medic perk should offer cooldown reductin to both First Aid and Doctor, not the Faster Healing.
