OK, My noob question(s)....

What are Alts? How can i use them? Are they illeagle?

Register another character to make an alt. You can have bazillion of alts, if you need them, they are not illegal.

You can log into another character after 3 minutes you logged off previous one. Exception is case when you spend less than 5 minutes on first one, then you need to wait 10 minutes, as client says.

Realy so it had nothing to do with alt button but a term for Alternate Character??

That just seems of poor taste ;D ;D

Alt= Alternate-Alternative Character.
Alternate if is just another char to support/ to be supported by your Main (Character).
Alternative if you like dressing pink, with Hello Kitty tattoes.
However, just to point, Alt isnt a FOnline-term, but an universal term to all MMORPG.
