I was woundering if..

Agility 10 + Actionboy (2) = 12 Action points a round?
Perception 10 + Earlier sequnce (x) = Earlier sequnce?

 ??? :)

Yes, you can have more than 10 AP.
Yes, you can have more than 20 sequence. You can even have 31 sequence, with proper trait+perks+max PE.

For more than 10 actions points, though, I'd recommend Jet and Nuka Cola, and take other perks like Weapon Handling, Bonus Rate of Fire, etc.

Unless you're going for a Turn-Based-only character, that is.

with action boys and brof and jet you can make 13AP sniper which is pretty much two instant eye-shots on 50hex with 56hex visibility ;-). But you have to sacrifice some luck.
