2 be honest since 2 days the only thing I and a friend are doing, we're point blanking everyone exept bluesuits, Its hell of a fun, we stay away from guarded towns.

Most of all this whine is tied with NCR more or less. There is lot of things to do instead of living in such shithole.

I never go to NCR, however of all the southern towns I do like the hub and we are getting more and more of this kind of thing there.
I never get thieved unless I'm not in the mood for running and yes, it is easy to avoid if you know what your doing. But it can still be annoying with the level of straight up harassment they sometimes dish out, especially after catching one, killing him and 1 minute later he's back again doing the same shit. There needs to be some satisfaction in catching/killing a thief but there isn't, dis-pro risk = dis-pro fun. I don't agree with nerfing thief skill as im not sure it really changes the situation. All it really means is that thieves occasionally die more (but still never with anything they actually worked for) and it only slows them down by a minute or two. I don't mind thieves being in the game, in fact I think they are essential. But the way they exist right now is kind of embarrassing and there is no style to how many of them operate.

in theory sure, but how many of these guys are actually 'roleplaying' P.S.D. and how many are just being jerks? I would say the ratio leans much towards the latter as I have never seen anyone scream "Charlie's in the trees!" before bursting. In fact usually it is very coordinated between two people, one suicides and the other cleans up, its not just some vet hallucinating.
Sometimes people have very limited ideas and pass them off as RP because they really just can't think of anything else, and oh wow! its a miracle! because he's back from the grave already to pull the same dumb shit again!
