Start by translating the how to in English before translatingthe game. I can't figure out how to download the client and reading only cyrilic characters for the last hour is pissing me off.

There was some promising zombie survival game based on FOnline engine, but I don't know if it's still developed.

Equilibrium is still dev. We work hard on this project... look at news on the web ;-)
We start open beta in this summer (i hope :-)).
