not just inner part of VC, but everywhere, where there is an existing branch of FLC banks in the wastelands..
Hub, NCR, VC ect..

There wont be massive player gatherings at specific times either, due to the freedom, of picking up caps whenever it suits you. Suicide bombers should be no more frequent in FLC Auctionhouses, than would be in all other parts of towns.

About spamming. The potential auction house would quickly get spammed (zillion radios). Impossible.

You are welcome to disagree with the suggestion, but please think through your reason for declining it first...

zillions of radios spam:
simple solution: FLC shouldn't accept items with less min price than 50k, earning them 5k pr auctioned item. (right now, they charge 10k just to make a joint-account, so the amount isn't way off)

Auctions are going on here on forum regardless... they are just "clunky" and impractical to say the least.

Filters first and minimal auction fee with scaling of 5 or 10 percent of price of auctioned item would prevent spaming easily. BTW we dont have to invent the whole idea on the spot, there are many already working models in other games. In this suggestion are IMHO most important concepts.
