Lol craft vaults ? I think you mean build vaults but anyway. Sounds nice I would like to play on your server if its decent enough. How big are them vaults ?  :D

The Third stage of the Vault is 4 Floors Deep, the Bottom Floor Contains a Complementary Farm and Mine also ^-^

New Armours being All Sorts of Clothing giving Players Different Human skins that normally aren't avaliable.

New Weapons being every item in the Game are actually craftable. There is no Restrictions

   So that means broc flowers and pocket lint are craftable? :D jk
In-game: BOS Armorer, YourMom, EatDatPlazma, Dismantler, Utility Man, Pwned You, Explorer Man, -NCR Ranger-, The Heavy, Doc Fuckyou, The Sniper, Da Chozen 1, Mr. Sir, Hit me, The Spy, Traveller., The Tank, Generic Name, n00bsack, and still going!

Why everything (which I see) is made by only metal parts and holodiscs?

Gauss rifle has wood elements and "magneto-super-duper-magnetic elements" so you should make crafting more realistic.
