stay out of northern towns (vault city is allright most of time) stay away from ncr(theifs,bombers,assholes, and scum of like that) stick down to hub and jt ( if in faction dont go in jt at night or they will kill you) boneyard is easy money with random pkers in area but usally not many. go to boneyard get scrap metel from ground make bb's sell to gunrunners for guns and such (armor,caps when they have them) keep all things in tent dont walk around with them because people will kill you for it. only take things from tent when you are rdy to trade.

The game isn't harsh try to play Fallout with hardest settings and saving only when you exit the game thats way harsher since if you die you really die there no respawn. Also in Fonline you can gather an arsenal of items when did the Vault Dweller or the Chosen One had so many gear to use?
Fonline isn't as harsh as they say it, though starting out is a bit hard but hey both the Vault Dweller and the Chosen One started his journey the hard way though the Vault Dweller had a pistol while poor Chosen One need to use a spear to clear the Temple of Trials...
