my two cents...
First, I agree that the FCC should be for another car (uhhh, highwayman? which btw is still the sexiest car in the game) and the roach should be more accessible for rookies.
second, I disagree that the FCC is rare, just look at how lucky the lucky guys get with finding it! It should not condone alting, it should be more or less evenly difficult to find among all players and it should actually be RARE.
after all, With the amount of working cars we have in this wasteland we should probably consider rebuilding a few highways.
