n00b question here, how can some people have deathclaw and supermutant skins? Were they given away by gms and if so why?

First time I saw steve s was at the comedy club so I assumed he must be a mod due to his super mutant skin, but seems he isn't one.

Exposure to FEV causes infertility and wipes out any signs of premutation gender.
That might hinder you a tad.
Besides ask yourself the question 'Do you really want to?'

Saw a Deathclaw in NCR today who had a strange habit of 'moo-ing'.
Some 10+ people including said Deathclaw and 2 Mutants are now setting a course throughout the Wastes.

25 people so far :) (1 ghoul, 3 supermutants, 1 deathclaw, and 20 humans)
all we need now to start is gm spawned guards and we will be ready :)

guys why dont you get that YOU WILL NOT GET A SKIN it is just a role playing project that will hopfully take place in valt 15 we need to get the GMs to put gards thare and make all the molerats,pigrats,and rats not spawn.

Keep asking maybe you will get help or get old , the second one is most likely to occur.

Another roleplay project ....... yeeee * cough .... cough * ..... should i be happy and is this bad or good ?

btw if someone actually spawns the damn guards don't make em invincible plox
