The Damn Pkers - (My brother's Idea)

So my brother isnt into these forums so he asked me to put this up for suggestion.
- A level limitation on who can kill each other. So Level 21s or someone 3 levels or higher cant kill a level 1.
Unless the lower level steals or violates the protection guideline.
- He thinks its unfair but to me that's anarchy because this is Fallout. Only the strongest should survive in the Wasteland.

Anyways newbies should have a head start, and yes "only the strongest should survive" but still this should be implemented :P

.... we all had to deal with being low lvl and getting killed by high lvl people so everyone should. as said many times this is fonline not WOW.

Better add penalty for PKs.
Like if u attacked someone in town - you become crime for a hour in this town. If you attacked again someone in this town u become crime for 2 hours etc.
While u crime in guarded town all guards will shot you every time you entering this city.
If you crime in non-guarded city you can be attacked by other players without becoming crime.
If you crime in this city - all patrols will attack you too.
If player is killing players with big difference in levels (they have more than 9 lvls less) after killing 4 of them within a hour he becomes global crime for a hour and 1 more hour after 2 more newbies killed.
Global crime == local crime for all cities.
Crime status should be shown all time near nickname like (criminal) while you inside this city. Also this should be shown all time for global criminals.
Ofcourse you won't take global crime status if your "victim" attacked you first.
