To the topic: There are better places than New Reno (just some stupid PK group will come and destroy ur fun)
Maybe change location to Maltese bar in Hub, or Skull bar in Junktown, or even bar in Broken Hills.
Much (NORMAL) people would come if its guarded city.

Crazy:
In guarded city it would be almost worse, it will be a bomber/thief/point blank burster fest, and you won't even be able to shoot them.

Better go bluesuit and go to guarded city and without items( people bombed with leather jacket wont be angry to lost it)
