BoS Old Bunkier quest

Okay, so, I have finished doing that mission where you must explore the abandoned BoS bunker...it says I must report to Lost Hills bunker after I finished it, I spoke to almost every npc there, even the Palodin in the training room, but he even says "I don't have work for you. Quit bothering me." does anybody know who to speak to...?

This quest isnt finished yet.
I hope it will be after wipe.
