Fast Shot Trait

I read somewhere in the bugs section about this and apparently fast shot also adds some damage to shots (looking for thread right now)

Pretty certain you haven't tried Fast Shot yet.

I read somwhere that if you have fastshot, you hit always torso, and if you dont have it, you hit random body part (arm, head ect) and if you hit by random head you have more chance for crit, but it is true ?
