Could a GM make a stickied looking for faction thread?

Don't you think it would be much more sensible to sticky topics of a few major factions that are recruiting rather than force all the people who are looking for a faction into one topic? Because I certainly do.

See, the problem as you identified it exists, I have to admit, but the solution that OP suggested would not solve it; rather than that, it would create chaos.
