Where is the best place to buy rot gut..... Is it craftable?

you need fruit and a distillery to (craft?) the rot gut

At the hub there is a still in a depot in the east side... or if u have acces to a base ( any kind i think ) there is a still in it. u use wood on the still and then use fruits (2) and TADAM u distilled a marvelous brevage ;D.

P.S.: u could stand in the middle of NCR and shout "wtb rot gut" but probably wont have that many offers.

the hub has all the necessary stuff in it except for the actual fruit.
