SF Train station

There is some way to discover it without getting there by train? Talking with a NPC or something?

Talk to the guy in the library about work. He will tell you to track someone down, and give the location of the SF train station.

Yeah, but I think the point is that there doesn't seem to be a way to actually access it through somewhere in San Francisco.

That is what I was wondering. I accidentally get off from the train while going there. Seems I have to travel back to Boneyard.

I think that is Boneyard area, not SF.
