Yeah is 2241 now, BoS don't even know what is Enclave.. so.. But, odd thing, that is if you're in Enclave, everyone want to kill you, but 1) How do they know you're in Enclave; 2) Even if all NPCs are extrasences and see that you're member of Enclave, they also can see future, and know what Enclave want to do.

well, the enclave should introduce a kind of sond in your errrrr..... well you known it, so they can turn you into a freaking nazi. And BoS have a bioscanner thats localize that enclave chip.

And BoS has spy at each major city, this spy using his bioscaner, because they're extrasences too, and they're waiting Enclave members, they don't know what Enclave is, but they think they're dangerous, so when thier bioscaner says: "This guy from Enclave, i don't know what is it, but he must die.", this spy says to guards to kill him.

Btw, why do you think they're maniacs? Most Enclave soldiers want to remake USA, and i don't think they want to kill everything on sight, they have orders. And also you can remember the end of Fallout 2, when you can speak to Enclave soldiers and they will fight with you against Horrigan. Most members of Enclave just want to have better life, they're not maniacs who has a dream "Me want kill all humans!".
