new spawn place NCR

what about we create a new spawn place: gate; it will be located in front of main gate of entry in the city
why? so we will not have to go trugh the bazar and instead go directly in the city to avoid people(and theifs)

If you want to go to the inner city without being harassed at the bazar, use the Vortis entrance.
