Bor Bonus Ranged Damage perks mainly. You can use thoughness also.
Simply if B.R.D. gives you +2 to each shot then with 2x B.R.D. and Living Anatomy you have +9 bonus to each shot afaik.
If you think about PvE you'll definitely need more strenght than 2-3. Carry Weight is pretty crappy then.

With 3 ch + magnetic he can have 2 follower (buy the cheapest ones so you wont loose much) that will do the carrying of the loot so no prob there.

If you play it right you will have around 200 skill in ew thanks to one handler 100 sg skill 121 fa and 80 doc outdor can reach 120 and you can have 40 science for basic ammo crafting.
Btw you can make this char a crafter instead of doctor.

Well it does but the more skill you have the less chance for miss and you get crit miss if you miss only. Low lk also makes your mercs have less hp but who cares they are for the mule job. That build could do well in PvE after lvl6 and at lvl21 you have some chance in PvP too though you need to be lucky there and get an opponent who doesn't wear good armors and don't have more the 200 hp six plasma pistol shots should do enough damage to make it. My sg char who has a similar build can only win against those guys but he is a slaver not a fighter but two burst from fn fal can do the trick sometimes and if I have some slaves I'm almost sure to survive one on one encouters.
