Sniper build

Here is my little suggestion, uses only easy to obtain drugs, ciggs and Nuka cola.

STR - 4
PE - 7
EN - 4
CH - 1
INT - 7
AG - 9
L - 9

Traits:
Small frame
good natured

Perks:
Awareness
More critical (2)
Livegiver
BROF
Better criticals
Sharpshooter

SG: 239%
FA: 125%
DOC: 100%

To catch up the malus of 4 STR, you need ~239% SG skill plus you have sharpshooter perk
which gives some ~8% chance to hit. You will have 94% hitchance on eyes at 50 range.

Boosted with a cigarette you reach 10 PE (7+1+2 bonus from sharpshooter).
With the Nuka cola you reach 10 AG, to perform 2 aimed shots with pistols in 1 turn (thanks to BROF)
or reload and take cover after a shot with sniper rifle.

That build has quite ok critchance of 76% to eyes. If you want to become more critical and
dont want the 2 aimed pistol shots as an option, drop BROF and switch to a 3rd "more crits"

Small disadvantages, as most snipers low HP, and pretty low carry weight.

I was thinking about cigs and nuka-cola. That's why there is 9PE and 9AG. It isn't hard to get that items. Cost only 100$ per one so.

It isn't so hard. Take BB gun and go hunting mutated molerats. That beast are liable to insta kills.

About drug power build:
I use almost the same char as Gazzz. There are 2 difference between him and my char. I didn't take small frame (with small frame you are not able to carry metal armor and DKS) and I take sharpshooter instead of 2nd more crit.
