What weapon do you find most effective for killing players, and why?

Laser rifle. Easy availability (it's farmable), high damage crits, good range.

Rocket launcher, with a squad of rocket launcher people you will be unstoppable unless you find yourself under attack by a shitload of snipers :D

LSW is generaly better at killing lightly and mediocre armored targets. Also, LSWs are easier to farm, cheaper and eat less ammo.
Not that avenger is a bad weapon, but LSW has more uses
