Guards in NCR 2

actually first time I was in inner ncr i had walked in with a spear or rifle and guards said nothing, so I went talking to the chief of police and after I exited dialogue they started shouting and immediatly shot me  :P

Ganado:
It doesn't show up in your text box, so if they yell at you as they are going out of your Field of View, you might miss it.

Boon Lived:
The only 'gray-armored' guys i know of in NCR is the Brotherhood Paladin at the bunker, and some of the Slaver guards.
Got bad rep with any of those?

Both of the midgets merchants guards are wearing Combat Armor MkII attire IIRC.
