Silent death is a total shit. It was a shit in f2 and its a shit in fonline. In the 1st case it was shit because of unstack with a critical damge (slayer perk and you dont have to take a SD perk)
In  the 2nd case its shit because of a useless of HtH sneaker-char.

aForcefulThrust:
I built my character for it, thinking i could punch someone in the eyes from behind, doing a double critical. That would be badass, But instead I was hugely disappointed with this waisted perk. I guess now I will just await wipe and try HTH again after wipe.

I find sneak most useful vs BGers. I don't think sharpshooter helps detect sneak, so even if they have 12PE SS sniper, it's only 10 PE going towards detect sneak, right?

It does help in detecting sneaks. A character with 12 perception can spot sneakers from quite far from front, and from other sides too.
