Looting
700noob007:
When I finally get a weapon or a new armor some high level punk will come by and kill me then loot me this makes me very angry cause I just joined and I'm already getting Fed up with it.

Don't give up! You will be killed many times, but once you get a tent, it will get ALOT easier.
Try stay around Guarded Towns such as The Hub, NCR, Vault City ect...
You may just meet someone who is willing to give you a hand.
If you need some cash, you could gather some Junk, craft BBs and sell to traders. (Junk can be found in urban squares, such as the Boneyard or around Vault 15.)
If you feel like it, you could have a little read through the wiki, as it has alot of useful info, even if its a lil' outdated.

Also, try putting Turn Based on. It's slower, but alot easier.
avv:
Shooting people and taking their items is major part of the game to many players.

That's because you put to much value on items.
A loner guys can scavenge all the equipment me needs by murdering the Crazies around VC. When I first started the game a year or so back I felt the same, until I realised; wait I haven't lost everything. I still have my character and my experience, my friends and what not. All you lose it a few thousand caps worth of stuff, which in game terms is nothing.

at first it is more about the time spent to acquire the items as it is thought of as wasted effort. In the long run if they keep playing and know the game better is when the attitude will change to that you have pointed out it is very little to the scale of things other players go by.
