you go with merc for example into World Map, and you click on him and you get that ol' chat window as always, but in WM! nuff said.

yes, full dialog, same one as in towns for example! im sur FOnline engine can handle that

All we'd need is the same options for mercs on the wm as in person. Talking, dialog, etc. Skills could be disabled until something is done about wm party thieves, or make it so failed steal like that automatically drops the party into a map (or back to the city if the party is over one).
