This is unfortunate for fastshot rifles (I don't expect Laser rifles doing more damage, or plasma rifes being able to shoot 40 hexes), but you can imagine if this gun is still 40h range and does comparable damage to minigun on combat armor dudes, it'll be absolutely killer when you aim leather dudes. However, leather did get just pathetic resistances compared to combat armor, so that it won't be worth wearing if you can affort combat armor. On other side energy resistances on metalic armors will be vastly superior to combat armors, so you may expect rich people to wear only metal/tesla or combat, this will favor minigun, and make it inferior to avenger).
Also hoarding cells might be a problem if damage is going to come from more lasers emited (it already eats one cell - 50 charges - in five bursts when all other weapons using it will fire just one charge).

Finally some good news , i still know when "some" admin told me that laser gatling is shitty beacause of recoil :)
Solar:
It will still eat through ammo and it will be hard to get/maintain (only available in encounters - same as the Avenger). It will however do more damage to Leather than even the boosted Avenger and comparable damage to CA+ to the boosted Minigun.
Should add something fun anyway.
